Class Fee: $100.00 group / $125.00 private
- Breastfeeding Support Group (Coming Soon!)
- A breastfeeding support group for mothers. Will meet 1x a week for 2 hours and includes a weekly topic as well as an open topic time. Pregnant mommas are welcome at anytime!
Class Fee: $25.00
- Available as a group class, we will go over the different styles of baby carriers, the history of babywearing, the benefits of babywearing and safety. Carriers will be available to try on. If you have a carrier you need help with, please bring it with you.
- Postpartum Doula Services
Doula Fee: Postpartum Doula Services are charged by the hour. The rate is currently $25.00 per hour. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of contract signing, and covers the first 10 hours of Postpartum care.
- The postpartum doula provides:
- Breastfeeding tips (in cases where appropriate, the doula will refer the nursing mother to a CLC or IBCLC)
- Baby care and advice
- Light household help such as washing dishes or throwing a load of laundry in if instruction is provided (no heavy housework such as window washing, floor washing, furniture moving, etc.)
- Meal preparation (arrangements must be made in advance for meals)
- Errand running (Light grocery shopping, no banking or other financial errands)
- other tasks that may be requested (as long as they do not contradict the Doula Scope of Work
- Postpartum Doulas do not provide the following:
- Offer any form of medical advice for mother or baby. The doula will make referrals to appropriate medical care if they feel it is needed
- Perform clinical tests on mother or baby, including blood pressure checks, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, and others.
- Any other tasks that fall outside of the accepted scope of work of a Postpartum Doula
